Period 4/5 ELEVEN I’ve read a story called “ELEVEN.” The authors name is Sandra Cisneros. A girl turns 11 and says she is all ages under 11. I think Ms Price is credible. I think she is credible because she was mean to Rachel, she gets mad easily, acts like everything is okay. I think that she is a mean teacher. I think a teacher like Ms Price is credible because she is mean to Rachel. She was mean when she said the sweater was nasty smelled and just gave it to her. She was really mean to one special student. She acts like nothing happened when she made Rachel miserable, and everything was fixed. She shouts at Rachel a lot. Second thing why she is credible is that she gets mad easily. Ms Price shouts a lot in class. Was making insults of this student’s sweater. Then Ms Price mad at one student. She makes everything seem all right after screaming. My last reason why she is credible is that she acts like everything is good when she did something bad. Ms Price didn’t care when the sweater wasn’t hers. After Ms Price insulted the sweater to the entire class she just said it was Rachel, and gave it to her. She screams at her and for no reason. This is why I think Ms Price is credible. She was mean to Rachel. She gets mad way to easily. Ms Price thinks everything is good when it is not. Ms Price is just really mean to Rachel. She is a really credible person.

Character credibility is when a character in the story acts like a real person would act. She is credible because how she act, feel, and says. Becky is credible because begs her mom to get a bike. “Over andover I told my mom I wanted a bike” Becky said. She wants a bike more than anything, so she pleads to her mom. This proves that Becky is a believable character because a lot of kids bug their parents for what they want. Another reason why Becky is believable character because she fought with her friend and got angry. ”For the first time Shirnette and me had a real fight because of what I hated the most.” She was mad at her best friend because her best friend let a cockroach fly down Becky’s blouse. She is credible because friends frequently fight with each other. Lastly, Becky is a realistic character because she ask the bike boys to teach her how to ride a bike. ”Can somebody teach me to ride.” Becky doesn’t know to ride a bike because in her neighborhood girls aren’t encouraged to ride a bike. She wanted to learn how to ride a bike. She wants to join their group, so she asks to learn a new skill because she needs help. Becky stands for what she wants just like any other kid.
